Details on reaching the City hotel and the Agency.
1. Hotel
a) by plane: there are limited options how to change position from the airport to the city. The taxi is by far the most expensive. Please see this links

The bus terminal in the city is 5 minutes walk from the hotel (10 min. from the Agency), located just near the second turn of the pink line on the smallest map, found on the hotel web site.
I will happen to be at the airport with a car at around 8:45 PM on Wednesday. Let me know your flight number if you land around that time.
b) by car: please see http://www.cityhotel.si/lokacija.php , the maps are as good as thousand words.
c) by train: the train station is nicely visible on the map at http://www.cityhotel.si/lokacija.php . Just mind that you should exit the rails at the southern exit (in the underground walkway that would be the end where the stair go straight up, as opposed to the other end where the stairs are rotated by some 30 degrees westwards). In any case there is only one main station building and it is situated at the good side.
2. Agency
a) from the hotel: walk north, take the underground walkway below the rails (it is near the eastern end of the railway station) and continue north on Železna cesta, cross Linhartova cesta where Železna cesta becomes Vojkova cesta. The Agency is 100m north of the crossing. Enter, tell the receptionist who you are and where you are going and follow the arrows to the first floor, past the coffee machine and elevator and turning left into the corridor through the wooden/glass doors and down the hall into the room 123.
b) arriving by car: if not a good parking spot can be found along the Vojkova street (free parking), then enter the Agency driveway until the sliding gate where a communication device is located. Ring to the receptionist and tell who you are and where you are going and the door will open. Park at the right hand side where there are a few guest parking spots. Walk into the building through the glass doors up the ramp, take the stairs up the first floor, past the coffee machine and elevator and turning left into the corridor through the wooden/glass doors and down the hall into the room 123.
c) from the railway station: take the underground walkway below the rails, climb the stairs at the northern side (where a few pubs are) and continue north on Železna cesta, cross Linhartova cesta where Železna cesta becomes Vojkova cesta. The Agency is 100m north of the crossing. Enter, tell the receptionist who you are and where you are going and follow the arrows to the first floor, past the coffee machine and elevator and turning left into the corridor through the wooden/glass doors and down the hall into the room 123.
