22nd Meeting, Brdo pri Kranju, Slovenia, 4-5 March 2014
here are some practical information related to 22nd LSC meeting.
The place where will take place at "Brdo pri Kranju" (http://www.brdo.si/en ). It's located roughly 25 km NW of Ljubljana. Find it on google maps here: http://goo.gl/maps/NbIYr .
You are requested to send an email (refering to "LSC ARSO") to the hotel reception (hotel.brdo@gov.si) to confirm your reservation.
Please be sure to do so BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK (14th of February). The price of accommodation with breakfast is 75 EUR for a single room (+0,92 for tourist tax).
Those of you traveling by car should have no difficulties finding the place: head in the direction of NW from Ljubljana along A2 motorway and take exit no. 9, "Kranj-vzhod", further follow signs for "Kranj" and brown signs for "Grad Brdo".
For those of you coming by plane shuttle or taxi is the only option. It's estimated that taxi shouldn't cost more than 25 EUR. Both are cheaper if booked in advance and shared, taxis waiting at the arrivals are more expensive.
Perhaps it would be useful if you provide me the flight timetables so that I could try to arrange an optimally shared option.
If there's anyone that'll be using other kinds of transport (bus, train...), please let me know.
