The meeting will be held at CHMI headquaters. You are invited to come to the CHMI ain building (not the Castle, please see the map below).

Lunch


Please note, that there will be an optional lunch possibility in the canteen of CHMI for 85,- CZK (you need local currency, our canteen does not accept neither Euros, neither CC cards. Current exchange rate: 1 € = 25.00 CZK (Czech Crown). Please could you indicate us whether you would like to take lunches or not in the following table .


Transport Details


As far as the transport from the airport concerns: a taxi costs up to 1000 CZK (40 EUR) to any destination within Prague. If you prefer using Prague public transport from the airport to CHMI, you may use public transport connection Journey Planner http://www.dpp.cz/en/transport-around-prague/ Moveit smartphone app https://moovitapp.com/ is available in Prague as well.

 

The fare by the public transport (underground, tram, bus - MHD is abbreviation for public transport in Czech language) costs 32 CZK for 90 min. (transfer ticket, all combinations) and the tickets are available in newspaper shops or in coin slot machines (mostly in underground stations) and at the Airport as well). Only properly validated tickets (use the equipment in the bus/tram/metro entrance) will be accepted! There is a day / 3-days ticket available as well 110 / 310 CZK.

 

How to get to CHMI


From Airport. Take the bus No.119 get off at the stop called Nadrazi Veleslavin where you transfer to underground line A, direction Depo Hostivar (the underground is called METRO in Czech). Get off at the stop STAROMESTSKA and find tram No 17 going direction Sidliste Modrany. Get off the tram at Nadrazi Modrany station and continue by bus 165 to NA SABATCE (this station is on request) or 139 to KOMORANY station. From there it is a several minutes' walk to the CHMI main building, see the map. This adventure takes about 1,5 hour and cost you 1,5 Euro only!
